Welcome to Hollyhood!

Hello Everyone-
Welcome to my blog. Why Hollyhood Hills, you ask? Well, don't we all wish we (secretly or not) could at some point be part of the La-La Land lifestyle out there on the Left Coast? Well, we do- whether you are willing to admit it or not. So, this blog is designed to provide a free forum for our hopes, dreams and aspirations. Additonally, I would like to be able to bring all of my talented, creative friends together to share their latest ventures and to connect with each other.

Realistically speaking, I expect this forum will soon evolve into a celebrity sightings (they seem to be wherever my friends & I go), gossip, trends, news, reviews, beauty tips, war stories, who wore what, I made out with my boss last night, and an overall "We are there for you, Brit- Brit" community. After all, once we peel off all the talented and creative layers and step outside of our work lives- what better way to unwind and aspire, than living vicariously through our Hollyhood Hills role models, the ones who inspire us most.

Before we get too down and too dirty- please use the blog to share your creations, businesses and ideas. One day, we will all end up in the Hills.

Enjoy and Blog on!

Wow...I believe I can offer some serious insight into the La-La Land lifestyle...since we live here in Lala land itself! Ha! Even though technically I'm married to a "rockstar" our La La land activities would rarely (ever) be worthy of US Weekly or this blog! :) Unless eating dinner at home and anxiously awaiting the premiere of many of our favorite TV shows counts (how we've filled our nights all summer with out them, I don't know!). Sounds like fun, Katie -- good luck with the blog!

Katie....ummmm.....what's a blog? My ADD brain can't compute. Just what am I supposed to contribute here? You want details? How 'bout a 4H rally, soccer practice and a first basketball game all in one Saturday. OH, and the first event is 25 miles away, at 8 a.m. Yeah! I'd like some of those cupcakes. NYC take me away. Love you.

you need to correct the I in the second line of the third paragraph.
Love your thoughts about NYC. I am in London now and can't help observe the many neighborhoods, and how different they all are. I haven't been to NYC to stroll and see the neighborhoods in a while, so nit was fun to read your perspective on the differences of the city...good job!
